Adrian asked how to get found across two counties. We showed his real projects and real reviews instead of filling the site with near-identical town pages.
Leandro Construction is Adrian’s remodeling company: kitchens, bathrooms, decks, painting, flooring, drywall and power washing, for homeowners in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
Real work over more pages
The usual way to “rank in more towns” is to publish a page for every service in every town. We built those pages, 105 of them, and Adrian was right to doubt them: most of the text was the same. Google can treat that kind of page as filler, and a customer can tell too. So they came down, and his 11 real projects, with photos, went onto the service pages instead.
What they asked for, and what we did

Adrian asked what else we could do to rank at the top across Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
We laid out the options and he picked two: better town pages, and pages for each service in each town.

When the service-and-town pages were built, he asked whether they were just filler.
We measured them. Two towns' pages were about 94% the same words, so we agreed and didn't publish them.

He told us his changes weren't showing up on the live site.
The site was being published to the wrong place. Found and fixed the same day.
What's different now

- Contact form messages go straight to his email, with spam filtered out.
- A printed card with a QR code and ready-to-send texts, so asking customers for reviews takes a minute.
