We build websites, mobile apps, and custom software for businesses across New Jersey and beyond, from our base in Brick. Most of our clients are in Monmouth and Ocean County, where we meet in person.
Our story
Jersey Circle was founded by a veteran software engineer with a track record of shipping enterprise systems for Fortune 500s, with the patience to make those same engineering standards work for a five-person contracting business in Toms River.
We started Jersey Circle for a simple reason: local NJ businesses deserve better than the template-shop experience that dominates the small-business web. A Lakewood pizza shop shouldn't have to settle for the same Squarespace template as 10,000 other pizza shops nationwide. An Asbury Park boutique hotel shouldn't load in 8 seconds on a beachgoer's phone.
We bring senior engineering practice to local project sizes. A contractor in Brick gets the same Core Web Vitals discipline as a SaaS client in Manhattan, on a budget that makes sense for the business.
We're deliberately small. We say no to projects we can't do well, and we charge fixed prices for the work we take on so our clients aren't paying us to figure things out.

Local first
We're based in Brick, NJ, and most of our clients are within an hour of us, so we meet in person when it matters. We also build for businesses across New Jersey and beyond.
You talk to the builder
No hand-off to a junior. The engineer on your first call is the one who designs and builds your site, with more than a decade of shipping production software.
Fixed-price, no surprises
We quote a fixed price after the discovery call and stick to it. No hourly meter running. If scope changes mid-project, we tell you the price before we touch the code.
You own everything
Your domain stays in your name, and the code and content are yours to take any time. We're contractors, not landlords. If we ever stopped working together, another developer could pick it up tomorrow.
Performance is the brief
Every site is built to load fast on a phone and checked on real devices before it launches. Speed is conversion, so it's part of the brief, not an extra.
Real local SEO, not theater
We build local-SEO foundations into the site itself (schema, content, internal linking, Map Pack signals) instead of selling it as an upsell after launch.
