Our story
JerseyCircle was founded by a veteran software engineer with a track record of shipping enterprise systems for Fortune 500s — and the patience to make those same engineering standards work for a five-person contracting business in Toms River.
We started JerseyCircle for a simple reason: local NJ businesses deserve better than the template-shop experience that dominates the small-business web. A Lakewood pizza shop shouldn't have to settle for the same Squarespace template as 10,000 other pizza shops nationwide. An Asbury Park boutique hotel shouldn't load in 8 seconds on a beachgoer's phone.
We bring senior engineering practice to local project sizes — a contractor in Brick gets the same Core Web Vitals discipline as a SaaS client in Manhattan, on a budget that makes sense for the business.
We're a small, deliberate team. We say no to projects we can't do well, and we charge fixed prices for the work we take on so our clients aren't paying us to figure things out.

We're headquartered in Brick, NJ. Most of our clients are within an hour of our office. We meet in person when it matters and ship work that's grounded in real local context.
Senior team only
No junior pass-through. Every project is led and built by senior engineers and designers with a decade or more of shipping production software.
Fixed-price, no surprises
We quote a fixed price after the discovery call and stick to it. No hourly meter running. If scope changes mid-project, we tell you the price before we touch the code.
You own everything
Source code in your repository. Hosting in your account. Domain in your name. We're contractors, not landlords. If we ever stopped working together, your team or another agency could pick it up tomorrow.
Performance is the brief
Every site we ship targets 95+ on Lighthouse and meets Core Web Vitals on real devices. Speed is conversion. We don't compromise on it.
Real local SEO, not theater
